Background and Aim:One of the largest providers of health care services are nursing and midwifery groups that play a major role in caring for, promoting and maintaining health at different levels of the health care system. this study intends to study the pathology of this field by using the experiences of the personnel of this field.Methods:In this study, concept analysis was performed by the hybrid method in three stages. In the fieldwork stage, interviews were conducted with 11 experts in the field. Interviews recorded and content analysis was done. In the third stage, the results of the two previous stages were merged.Results:, the review of the literature showed that high job stress, addiction to available materials, low quality of practical skills training, low transparency regarding the reason for the formation and development of the field, lack of faculty members, lack of differentiation of different education levels, lack of instructors. With sufficient skill for clinical training, the incompatibility of the entry of the field with the needs of the labor market was one of the most important damaging factors in the field of anesthesia.Conclusion: By knowing the harmful factors of the field of anesthesia in theory and practice and removing it, suitable entries will be attracted to the field. By reforming the teaching process and handing over the management of this field to qualified and interested people in the field of anesthesia, the harm caused will be neutralized and the field for its development will be provided
