Data were analyzed using SPSS v24 software and through ANCOVA and MANCOVA. Results: data analysis indicated that virtual reality (dream creating) has a significant positive effect on increasing the resilience of female elderlies (p<0/001, F= 138/841), in addition the results was stable one month after the intervention.
