The Effectiveness of Sexual Education on Sexual Schema and Marital Satisfaction in Married Women.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sexual skills training on women's sexual schemas and marital satisfaction of married women.
Methods: The statistical population of this study was married women in Tehran. 40 subjects were selected according to the criteria for entering the research. They were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups and the instruments of this research included: Female Sex Scheme Questionnaire (Chernavsky Anderson) and Enrique's marital satisfaction questionnaire, the data were collected. The present research project is a pre-test semi-experimental type and post-test with control group. At first, two groups were tested and then educational intervention was performed on 6 sessions of 90 minutes in one session per week for the experimental group. After completing the educational program, a post-test was performed for both groups
Results: The results of the analysis of hypotheses by using correlation coefficient analysis and covariance analysis showed that sexual skills training is effective on marital satisfaction and sexual education is effective on sexual planning and there is a positive relationship between marital satisfaction and marital satisfaction. There is significant meaning.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the training of sexual Education is effective in improving the sexual orientation and marital satisfaction of married women. |
