Introduction: The soldier's period is a new condition that brings stress to people. This would seem to affect the psychological well-being and, consequently, the happiness of the soldiers. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Reality Therapy Training on psychological well-being and happiness of soldiers of a military center in Tehran. methods: The research is a semi-experimental pre-test and post-test with the control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all soldiers referring to counseling center in the summer of 1397. The sample size consisted of 30 members of this community, which were voluntarily sampled in this study, and were divided into two groups of 15 people. To measure psychological well-being and happiness, Reef and Oxford Happiness Questionnaires were used. The experimental group underwent rehabilitation therapy for 9 sessions of 90 minutes and the control group received no intervention. The obtained data was entered into the spss software and analyzed using covariance analysis. Results: The results showed that Reality Therapy Training is effective in increasing the psychological well-being(p= 0/025) and the happiness(p= 0/013) of soldiers. In other words, the average scores of psychological well-being and happiness in the experimental group have increased compared to the control group. Conclusion: Regarding the findings, the present study can help psychologists improve their psychological well-being through psychological interventions, which also makes them happier.
