The Relationship between Happiness and Psychological Well-Being with Job Satisfaction of Khuzestan Military Hospital Nurses

Introduction: Human resource satisfaction is one of the most important factors affecting the efficiency and efficiency of nurses. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between happiness and psychological well-being with job satisfaction of nurses of military hospitals in Khuzestan province.
Methods: In this descriptive study, 250 nurses from hospitals in Khuzestan province were selected as sample. The job satisfaction questionnaire, Oxford Happiness and Reef psychological well-being were used to collect data. Data were analyzed by using correlation and regression analysis.
Results: In this study, happiness and well-being were found to have a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction of nurses. In a prediction model, happiness and personal growth were the most effective variables in the prediction of job satisfaction, which together could predict 41 percent of job satisfaction, with the highest standard of happiness in this model.
Conclusion: Considering the significant relationship between happiness and psychological well-being with job satisfaction, planners and senior managers in designing organizational goals and values while paying attention to the happiness and well-being of nurses, should pay attention to their goals and values. |
