Introduction:For brain -compatible working environments, the study conducted a specific type of leadership aimed at designing a neuroscience -based command model in the Islamic Republic's Army. Working method: This study was conducted in terms of development and applied, and in terms of strategy of qualitative research with Delphi methods and implications. The statistical population, including military command experts, was identified by targeted sampling and data collection from the interview tool for the Delphi Method section and the theoretical sampling for the signing method section.
