Introduction: The present study was aimed to present a structural pattern of self-regulation mediator role in the relationship between mindfulness with psychological well-being and self-compassion.
Method: The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, Ryff Psychological well-being, Neff self-compassion and Marques et. al. self-regulation was used to collect the data. The data were evaluated using by structural model method using Amos software.
Results: The results showed that the model is well-fit after a series of reforms. Mindfulness also affects the self-compassion and psychological well-being directly and indirectly through self-regulation. In addition, self-compassion also affects the psychological well-being.
Conclusion: This study is a step toward understanding the affecting Factors in psychological well-being and self-compassion. Regarding this fact the nursing students that face stressful resources in training courses, have low psychological well-being. |
