Introduction: Physical and spiritual conditions of human influence his tendencies toward environmental factors. Thus individuals' temperamental classification in traditional medicine can affect their tendencies to architectural indices. Methods: By using qualitative method, library related studies and by administering questionnaire to 11 doctors, 9 effective indices were found in architecture which tendency towards them is affected by human temperaments features. To confirm this relation, two questionnaires were distributed to a population of 100 patients who visit the clinic of traditional medical school. The first questionnaire (medical standard questionnaire) is used to evaluate the respondents' temperaments and second questionnaire with acceptable assessed stability and validity is used to examine the amount of respondents' tendency in 9 aforementioned indices. Results: Based on analytic comparison, amount of individual tendency to effective indices in architecture is different based on their temperaments. Warmer temperament individuals have more tendencies toward light, nature, humidity and warm colors indices and by reduction of temperamental warmth, the amount of individuals' accuracy and patience will increase. Warmth temperaments reduction leads to higher sensitivity to sound, increased tendency toward humidity and following privacy principles and also increased temperamental humidity cause more tendency toward open spaces. Regarding tendency toward windy spaces, results were inconclusive. Conclusion: base on individuals' temperamental differences, we can consider different situations in architecture for them.
