Study the relationship between organizational justice and responsibility dimensions in Selected hospitals of the Armed Forces

Introduction: Justice is considered one of the fundamental aspects of the health service, therefore attention to it is especially important in health care organizations and responsibility is one of the components that considered by the policy makers and health system managers.
Materials Methods: The present study is a descriptive study it has a community of 192 employees to organizational Justice and 178 hospital's patients that selected at 4 hospitals. The Goldman standard questionnaire was used for organizational justice and WHO standard questionnaire was used to meet and data were analyzed by SPSS 16 software.
Results: There was a significant relationship between organizational justice and responsibility dimensions (p <0/05). Among the dimensions of responsibility, respectively the confidentiality of information, Dignity and basic amenities was more important, and among organizational justice dimension, interactive dimensions earned a higher rating.
Conclusion: Considering that the distribution of salaries and bonuses to employees that has a positive effect on the staff of the health system responsibility and obtained score in this study has a lower average, therefore that officials and administrators of Military hospitals pay special attention to this dimension of organizational justice. |
