Based on this, 45 people were randomly selected and in the next step, they were randomly assigned to three groups of 15 people in two experimental and one control groups. In this research, Man Besharat&amp;#39;s strength questionnaire (2017) was used. People in the acceptance and commitment therapy group participated in 8 individual 60-minute sessions and the paradox therapy group participated in 6 individual 60-minute sessions; But for the control group, there was no intervention, multivariate covariance analysis and Tukey&amp;#39;s post hoc test were used to analyze the data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
