<strong>مقدمه:</strong> اخلاق، جزئی جدایی<span dir="LTR">­</span>ناپذیر از علم پزشکی تلقی می­شود و توصیه­های آن در جهت هدایت رفتارها و روش­های حرفه­ای می­باشد. از­این­روی، هدف مطالعه حاضر دستیابی به نگرش و نظریات دانشجویان پزشکی (کارورزان و دستیاران) نسبت به درس اخلاق پزشکی بود.<br>
<strong>روش</strong><strong>­</strong><strong>کار:</strong> این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی مقطعی بر روی 104 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آجا (کارورز و دستیار) بهصورت تصادفی در دسترس در سال 1399 انجام گرفت. ارزیابی نگرش دانشجویان از دو پرسشنامه مشتمل بر سوالات دموگرافیک و 36 سوال در مورد نگرش و عملکرد به درس اخلاق پزشکی تنظیم و در میان دانشجویان توزیع شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS-20</span> و آزمون من­ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br>
<strong>یافته­ ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه دستیار و کارورز از نظر نحوه تدریس، بهترین روش ارزیابی دانستههای دانشجو، مناسب بودن محتوا، ضرورت اصلاح و بهروزرسانی مطالب ارائهشده، تحت پوشش قرار دادن روابط بیمار پزشک در مطالب درس اخلاق پزشکی، تشخیص مشکلات اخلاقی، مواجهه با مشکلات اخلاقی و توانایی تصمیمگیری صحیح، توانایی در دفاع از تصمیم خود، نحوه تصمیمگیری آگاهانه، نحوه عملکرد وقتی یک بیمار ازنظر ذهنی صلاحیت تصمیمگیری ندارد، توانایی انتقال اخبار بد و روش تدریس درس اخلاق پزشکی به اختلاف آماری معنیداری در سطح 1درصد وجود داشت.<br>
<strong>بحث و نتیجه­گیری:</strong> با توجه به یافته­ها، هر دو گروه کارورز و دستیاران بر مناسب بودن محتوا، ضرورت اصلاح و بهروزرسانی مطالب، تحت پوشش قرار دادن روابط بیمار پزشک و تدریس اخلاق پزشکی هم بهصورت مقطعی و هم در طول دوره بالینی برنامه درسی دانشجویان پزشکی تاکید داشتند.

In order to evaluate students' attitudes, two written questionnaires consisting of demographic questions and 36 questions about attitude and practice were prepared and distributed among medical students. Data were analyzed using SPSS-20 software and Mann-Whitney test.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:22px"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-weight:normal"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="text-decoration:none"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The results showed the two groups of resident and intern in terms of teaching method, the best way to assess student knowledge, the appropriateness of the content, the need to modify and update the presented materials, covering the patient-physician relationship in medical ethics, diagnosing ethical problems, exposure With moral problems and the ability to make the right decision, the ability to defend one's decision, how to make informed decisions, how to act when a patient is mentally incompetent, the ability to convey bad news, and the method of teaching medical ethics, there was a statistically significant difference at the level of 1 percent.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
