<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: افراد مبتلا به علایم وسواسی در شناسایی هیجان­ها و نامگذاری و ... مشکل دارند و برای گریز از این وضعیت دشوار دست به مکانیزم­های دفاعی می­زنند تا از این هیجان فرار کنند و در دام علایمی همچون وسواس اجباری گرفتار می­شوند. <a name="OLE_LINK6"></a><a name="OLE_LINK5">هدف پژوهش </a>تعیین رابطه تجربه هیجانات و مکانیزم<span dir="LTR">­</span>های دفاعی با علایم وسواس جبری بوده است.<br>
<strong>روش کار:</strong> روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی- توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه افراد شهر تهران در سال 95-96 بود که از این میان تعداد 200 نفر به صورت نمونه<span dir="LTR">­</span>گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده­های پژوهش به وسیله مقیاس سنجش تجربه احساسات ربیعی (1395)، پرسشنامه سبک­های دفاعی (آندروز، سینگ، بوند، 1993) و پرسشنامه وسواس فکری- عملی (فوآ، کازاک و سالکوسکیس، 1998) جمع­آوری شدند. برای تحلیل داده­ ها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری استفاده شد.<br>
<strong>یافته­ ها</strong>: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که بین تجربه هیجانی با علایم وسواس اجباری رابطه منفی معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین بین مکانیزمهای دفاعی با علائم وسواس اجباری رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری نیز نشان داد که تجربه هیجانی و مکانیزم­های دفاعی به صورت معنا­داری علایم وسواس اجباری را پیش­بینی می­کنند.<br>
<strong>نتیجه­ گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می­توان نتیجه گرفت که تجربه هیجانات و مکانیزم­های دفاعی در علایم وسواس جبری نقش دارند.</span></span><br>
<strong>Introduction</strong>: The purpose of the present research was to determine relationship feelings experience and use defense mechanisms with spectrum the symptoms of obsessive – compulsive<br>
<strong>Methods</strong>: This is a correlation study. The statistical universe of this research consisted of all people Tehran city in year of 2016-2017. The research sample consisted of 200 people who were selected through avilable sampling method. The instruments used study were Obsessive Compulsive Inventory- Revised (OCI-R), Feelings Experience and Defense Styles Questionnaires. Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used to analysis the data.<br>
<strong>Results</strong>: The results indicated that there were signification negative correlation between secure feelings experience with symptoms of obsessive – compulsive. There were signification positive correlation between defense mechanism with symptoms of obsessive – compulsive. The results of multiple regression showed that the feelings experience and defense mechanism was the signification predictor of symptoms of obsessive – compulsive disorder (P<0.05).<br>
<strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the feelings experience and defense mechanisms play an important role in the symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder.<span dir="RTL"></span>
