fa بررسی وضعیت فرهنگ ایمنی بیماران از دیدگاه پرسنل درمانی در یکی از بیمارستان‌های نظامی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">: بیمارستان یکی از مهمترین نهادهای ارائه دهنده خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی هستند که بایستی فضای ایمن را برای بیماران خود فراهم و از به وجود آمدن حوادث برای آنها جلوگیری به عمل آورند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> یکی از مهمترین مسائل در بخش سلامت و به ویژه در مراکز درمانی کیفیت مراقبت است. کیفیت مراقبت از عناصری تشکیل شده که ایمنی بیمار یکی از مهمترین آنها می‌باشد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در پرسنل درمان بیمارستان منطقه ای ارتش ارومیه انجام گرفت.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">روش کار</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی بود و بر روی 85 نفر پرسنل درمانی بیمارستان منطقه ای ارومیه انجام گرفت، جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار استفاده شد. اطلاعات بدست آمده توسط نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">SPSS19</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> و توسط آزمون های آماری همبستگی و آزمون تی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">نتایج</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که در بین ابعاد 12</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">گانه دو بعد حمایت مدیریت بیمارستان و پاسخ غیرتنبیهی بیشترین میانگین را داشتند و از بین متغیرها تنها متغیر وضعیت تاهل رابطه معناداری را نشان دادند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">آموزش و بیان اهمیت ایمنی بیمار می تواند در افزایش کارآمدی نظام سلامت موثر باشد.</span></span> <a name="OLE_LINK2"></a><a name="OLE_LINK1"><strong>Introduction: </strong></a>Hospital is one of the most important institutions providing health services, which should provide a safe space for their patients and prevent the creation of incidents to them. The most important issues in the health sector and especially in hospitals is quality of care. Quality of care formed by elements that patient safety is one of the most important of them. Therefore, the aim of this study was the evaluation of patient safety culture in staff of Urmia army hospital.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This study was cross-sectional and carried out between 85 personnel of Urmia hospital.
