fa رخداد بیماری های عفونی پس از بلایای طبیعی و نقش نیروهای مسلح در کنترل و پیشگیری آن ها عمومى General مروری Review <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> اپیدمی شدن بیماری های عفونی به دنبال حوادث&nbsp; طبیعی به ویژه در کشورهای پیشرفته بندرت دیده می شود. بررسی حوادث طبیعی قبلی نشان می دهد که مشکلات پوستی، اسهال وعفونت های تنفسی شایع ترین بیماری های عفونی در نجات یافتگان می باشد. آنچه که مطرح است اپیدمی های ویژه ای است که بدنبال زلزله، سیل، طوفان، سونامی، فوران آتشفشان و ریزش و خشکسالی دیده می شود. </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> مقالات و گزارش های منتشر شده در این رابطه که از سال 2000 تا 2012 منتشر شده است مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و در این مقاله جمع بندی شده است.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> از طریق سبب شناسی، بیماری های شایع معمولاً قابل پیش بینی بوده و بازتابی از بیماری های عفونی بومی&nbsp; در منطقه قبل از حادثه می باشد. جراحت و آسیب بافت نرم در اولین روزهای بعد از حادثه دیده می شود. در مقابل عفونت هایی که از راه غذا، آب و هوا ایجاد می شوند حدود یک ماه بعد از حادثه بروز می کنند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: calibri;">.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> بیماری‌های واگیر شایع در جمعیت آواره است به خصوص فقرا که دسترسی آنها به نیازهای اساسی مانند آب سالم و بهداشت، سرپناه مناسب و خدمات بهداشتی اولیه کم است. در این مقاله معیارهای سلامتی و بهداشت عمومی پیشگیری کننده که در کاهش چنین اپیدمی هایی کمک کننده هستند و نقش نیروهای مسلح در چگونگی کاهش آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته شده است. </span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: left; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><font color="#000000"><b><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 12pt;">Introduction:</span></b><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 12pt;"> The epidemic of infectious diseases following natural disasters, especially in developing countries rarely seen.
