fa همه گیرشناسی اقدام به خودکشی در افراد مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بیمارستانهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان در سال 1391 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">مرگ ناشی از خودکشی در زمره مسائل پیچیده جهان بشری به حساب می&shy;آید و با وجود نهی آن در تمام ادیان و فرهنگ&shy;های مختلف، امروزه بیش از پیش شاهد آن هستیم. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین فراوانی اقدام به خودکشی و ارتباط آن با متغیرهای دموگرافیک و بالینی جمعیت خودکشی کرده در شش ماه اول سال 1391 در&nbsp; افراد مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بیمارستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان انجام شد.&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">روش کار</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">: مطالعه ای توصیفی همبستگی با رویکرد گذشته نگر انجام شد. محیط پژوهش تمامی مراکز درمانی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان می باشد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از فرم اطلاعاتی استفاده شد. کلیه موارد اقدام به خودکشی و موارد منجر به مرگ ناشی از آن طی 6 ماه اول سال 1391 ثبت شد. بروز شش ماهه اقدام به خودکشی و روند رخداد خودکشی در این مرکز درمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. فرم اطلاعاتی شامل: جنس، سن، قومیت، مذهب، محل سکونت، سطح تحصیلات، وضعیت تاهل، وضعیت اشتغال، ابزار خودکشی، انگیزه خودکشی، دفعات خودکشی، نتیجه خودکشی، ماه خودکشی و شیفت مراجعه فرد به اورژانس&nbsp; بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار&nbsp; </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">spss16</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">یافته ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">از 2001 مورد اقدام به خودکشی در طول مدت پژوهش، 1312 نفر(6/56</span></span> <span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">درصد) زن و 689&nbsp; نفر(4/34 درصد) مرد بودند. میانگین سن افراد شرکت کننده در مطالعه&nbsp; 46/8</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">44/24 سال بود. اختلاف معناداری بین دو جنس از نظر توزیع سنی در افراد اقدام کننده به خودکشی وجود داشت(001/0 </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">P<</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">). شایع ترین روش خودکشی در افراد تحت مطالعه(4/91 درصد) مسمومیت بود که بیشترین موارد مسمومیت(1/95 درصد) استفاده از مواد دارویی بود. مشکلات خانوادگی شایع ترین علت خودکشی در هر دو جنس عنوان شده بود. </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">خودکشی به عنوان یک اولویت بهداشتی در سلامت روان در جامعه می باشد و می توان با ایجاد مراکز مشاوره در مناطق کم دسترس و مناطق مدرن که دارای افرادی با سطح سواد بالاتر هستند در بررسی و آموزش پیشگیری از خودکشی و ادغام این برنامه در سایر برنامه های جاری نظام سلامت با این معضل مقابله نمود.</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; tab-stops: right 14.2pt;"><b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><font color="#000000">&nbsp;</font></span></b><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">Introduction</span></b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">: deaths from suicide in the complex global issues of human Zmrh&not;Y into account in all religions and cultures it comes and despite its prohibition different, we are witnessing today than ever.</span></font></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; tab-stops: right 14.2pt;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">Methods</span></b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">: A retrospective study was descriptive correlational approach. Environment research covered all medical centers in Golestan University of Medical Sciences. The questionnaire was used to collect data. All cases of suicide and causes of death were recorded during the first 6 months of 1391. Six-month incidence of suicide and trends (trend) the occurrence of suicide within the medical center were studied. Information forms, including: gender, age, ethnicity, religion, location, education level, marital status, employment, tools suicide, suicidal urges, the number of suicide, the result of suicide, suicide months and refer the person to the emergency shift. Analyses of data using software and using descriptive and inferential statistics were spss16.</span></font></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr; tab-stops: right 14.2pt;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">Results:</span></b><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""> Out of 2001 cases of attempted suicide during the study period, 1312 patients (6/56%) women and 689 cases (4/34%) were male.The mean age of participants 46/8 &plusmn; 44/24 years.Significant differences between the sexes in terms of age distribution among suicide attempters there (001/0 P <).
