The main purpose of this study is evaluation of Job satisfaction and its effective factors In Tehran selected military hospitals. Methods: This study was cross sectional, and nurses in selected hospitals of Tehran's military. The hospitals are selected by non-random and sampling method was simple random. The total of100 patients were studied. In this study, Dunnett job satisfaction and demographic questionnaire was used to evaluate. Results: The findings showed that overall job satisfaction of nurses with an average of154/19 is good. Motivational factors mean78/55 and hygiene factors mean was 75/64.The greatest level of satisfaction was responsibility in work with relationship with co-workers and the lowest level of satisfaction was related to salary. Conclusion: Overall, Job satisfaction was good. Increasing salaries, job difficulty benefits, on time payment and providing welfare facilities can be effective in improving employee performance.
