Investingating the effect of Organizational Culture on employees trust and Job Satisfaction of a Military Hospital Personnel with regard to the Role of Demographic Variables

Introduction: The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of organizational culture on Confidence and Job Satisfaction of Military Personnel with regard to the role of demographic variables, because among all the concepts examined by organizational behavior specialists, organizational trust and job satisfaction have been the most important research areas.
Method: This study was a descriptive-survey and correlational study and it was done in 2020. The sample size of this study was 360 people and Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. Then, the stratified random sampling method was used. Then, the required data were collected through questionnaires of organizational trust, organizational culture and job satisfaction. After extraction and classification data, statistical analyses were carried out by SPSS24 software.
Findings: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture with confidence and Job satisfaction (P<0.01). Also, among demographic variables, marital variables have moderated the relationship between culture and organizational trust.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it seems that by enhancing organizational culture among the people, job satisfaction and organizational trust can be significantly improved. In the meantime, married people are also most affected. However, we can enhance organizational confidence by providing the right conditions for single people.
