368 Special Kinesiotape influence on cervical fatigue 1 12 2016 4 12 113 118 14 07 2017 14 07 2017 Background: Changing life style and decreasing activity among office employees and people who had regular jobs and had un-appropriated cervical situation cause fatigue in cervical muscles and put them in danger reagent. KINESIOTAPING is an athletic, medical and rehabilitation method that claims for decrease pain, inflation, muscle spasm and preventing athletic damages during upper stationary activities, therefore, this method also use for pain deduction and preventing cervical accidents. Methods: In this research, we study scientific review of KINESIOTAPE (KT) influence on cervical fatigue as a point for initial muscle damage. For this purpose, we study EMG signals for cervical muscles during specific stationary activity in two particular groups, including the one that actually use KT and the reference group. Results: Review and compare EMG signal mean frequency as an evaluation index for muscle fatigue and comparing the arrival time to fatigue in both groups are intended. Also for studying the immediate effects of KT in group that did not use them, we apply KT after reaching to fatigue and survey the differences in mean frequency. Conclusion: With using muscle fatigue measurement the results are evidently shown the useful effect of KT; as in most of KINESIO tape users, muscle fatigue decrease. 369 Special effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to increase their quality of life of military personnel with type 2 diabetes mellitus 1 12 2016 4 12 119 126 14 07 2017 14 07 2017 introduction: One of disorders that severely affect the health and therefore quality of life, chronic diseases such as diabetes. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment to increasing the quality of life of military personnel have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Methods: This study was a clinical trial quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test, track and with two experimental groups and the control group in the hospital Hajar Army has been done. Data collection included a researcher made questionnaire about demographic, clinical characteristics, and quality of life questionnaire (SF = 36) at 8 general health, physical functioning, role limitations due to physical and emotional, bodily pain, social functioning, fatigue or is the vitality and mental health. 8 sessions acceptance and commitment therapy (2 meetings 6 sessions) were presented to the participants in the experimental group and the control group during the study was not conducted any therapeutic intervention. Through analysis of variance with repeated measures data using the software SPSS-22 were analyzed. Results: our findings showed that during eight sessions of intervention and three- month follow-up ، scores of the experimental group had a significand increase than the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that acceptance and commitment therapy can improve the quality of life of military men with type 2 diabetes ¬Bashd staff. Keywords: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), quality of life, staff, military men, type 2 diabetes. 370 Special Electrocardiogram denoising in holter monitor devices using extended Kalman filter in disaster medicine field 1 12 2016 4 12 127 132 14 07 2017 14 07 2017 Introduction: Measure, record and early detection of vital signs of War wounded as well as soldiers with injuries in war, camps and border areas where distances are far away of equipped centers hospital is necessity that can help to reduce casualties. This article examines the extended Kalman filter in eliminate movement and stress noises in ambulances holter monitor. Methods: Using linearized form of Kalman filter in single channel electrocardiogram (ECG) denoising in holter monitor devices is main target of this article. In this article we using improved model of McSharry to generate synthetic ECG and SNR quantities and the improvement of this quantities to evaluate this article is being used. Results: Using extended Kalman filter on channel 30 tested data shows improvement in SNR in terms of quantities in the range of 5 to 30 dB. Conclusion: Research findings show that the Extended Kalman filter is stable due to a significant improvement in SNR quantities in ECG denoising. So  this filter can be used in holter monitoring devices in armed forces hospitals, and disaster medicine and ambulances also be used in times of disasters. 371 Special Effect of 8 weeks of resistance training with cinnamon supplementation in obese men glycemic index 1 12 2016 4 12 133 139 14 07 2017 14 07 2017 Introduction: One of the causes of diabetes are obesity, on the other hand do resistance training increases insulin action in skeletal muscle and improves glucose tolerance.  Materials and Methods: In this study was to investigate the effects of resistance training along with glycemic indices using cinnamon on obese men, 40 young men and obese people were randomly divided into 4 groups (supplements, practice, practice + Supplement control) groups. Supplementation and exercise + 3 capsules daily supplement of 380 mg for 8 weeks received cinnamon, exercise group and the control's taking placebo. Of all the subjects before and after the 8 week study protocol for measuring blood glucose and insulin levels and insulin resistance index, blood samples were taken. Data were analyzed with ANOVA andT-test. Results: Glucose and insulin resistance exercise group and exercise + supplement and complement lower than the control group, but there was no significant difference among the four groups. Conclusion: Resistance training alone with cinnamon and also taking cinnamon supplements alone will not affect the glycemic index. 372 Special Comparing the personality dimensions in positive and negative Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) substance dependent patients with general population 1 12 2016 4 12 140 146 14 07 2017 14 07 2017 Introduction: HIV is one of the most spread epidemics in the modern world. Almost all of HIV infected cases are due to high risk behaviors such drug use and risky sexual behaviors and personality characteristics play an important role in this way. This study has compared personality dimensions of HIV positive, HIV negative opioid dependent patients and general population. Methods: 40 HIV positive opioid dependent patients and 40 HIV negative opioid dependent patients were assessed with five factor NEO personality questionnaire. Then results of these two groups compared with general population. Results: In both HIV positive and negative groups neuroticism was higher than general population. Extroversion, openness and agreeableness in HIV positive group were than general population and openness in HIV negative group was lower than general population. Conclusion: in this study in HIV positive and HIV negative groups neuroticism was higher and extroversion was lower than general population and this combination of personality dimensions is different with most common combination of personality dimensions in HIV positive patients (high neuroticism and high extroversion). 373 Special Effect of stress management and emotional regulation on nurses' job satisfaction 1 12 2016 4 12 147 157 14 07 2017 14 07 2017 Background: Stress is a negative emotional experience and assessment of unreasonable events that will lead to environmental disturbance. Nursing is a difficult and stressful job. The contradiction between trying to provide care for patients and poor management policy on productivity and job satisfaction can lead to emotional exhaustion, decreased motivation and interest in the work environment, apathy, and emotional burnout syndrome. Aims: The aim of this experimental study was to determine the effectiveness of stress management training and emotional regulation on job satisfaction of nurses. For this purpose 90 nurses working in Bushehr Shohadaye Khalij-e Fars hospital, randomly selected and divided into two case and control groups. The case group was trained for stress management and emotional regulation for three weeks. Results: The results indicate the effectiveness of the intervention on overall job satisfaction (t=4.75, p<0.000) and also work subscale (t=3.95,p<0.001), supervision (t=2.10,p<0.05), promotion opportunities (t=4.53,p<0.000) and relationships with colleagues (t=4.83, p<0.001). But has no effect on wages and benefits subscales (t=1.38, p: not significant). The results showed that there is no gender difference but the function is correlated inversely with age. Conclusion: Implementation of these interventions, in addition to increasing the productivity of nurses, copes with the challenges of their jobs and could decrease the psychological problems. 374 Special The process of clinical audit and quality improvement of nursing clinical services 1 12 2016 4 12 158 164 14 07 2017 14 07 2017
