other گزارش کوتاه: بررسی اقدامات پزشکی در صحنه نبرد با استفاده از تجربیات پیشکسوتان آجا در دوران دفاع مقدس تخصصي Special مروری Review مقدمه: انجام اقدامات پزشکی در صحنه نبرد در بسیاری از موارد سبب نجات جان&nbsp;رزمنده و پیشگیری از آسیب های دائمی به فرد مصدوم می شود. این مطالعه با هدف&nbsp;بررسی وضعیت اقدامات پزشکی در دوران دفاع مقدس با استفاده از مصاحبه با فرماندهان&nbsp;پیشکسوت انجام شد. برای این منظور تعداد 11 فرمانده پیشکسوت از نیروهای سه گانه&nbsp;آجا و ستاد مشترک در دوران دفاع مقدس با درجه سرتیپ دومی و سابقه حضور حداقل&nbsp;در سه عملیات عمده در زمان جنگ مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. محورهای مصاحبه در پنج&nbsp;محور شامل انجام اقدامات جراحی اورژانس، تخلیه مجروحین، خودامدادی و دگرامدادی،&nbsp;مقابله با حملات شیمیایی و وضعیت دارویی و تجهیزات امدادی بود. نتیجه مصاحبه&nbsp;نشان داد که اولویت عمده فرماندهان مبتنی بر انجام اقدامات اولیه و سپس اعزام&nbsp;بیماران بود. محدودیت های عمده ای از نظر دارو و تجهیزات امدادی در دوران دفاع&nbsp;مقدس وجود داشت و بخش عمده ضعف در ارائه خدمات بهداری مرتبط با عدم حضور&nbsp;تیم پزشکی در صحنه رزم و ضعف آموزش و عدم اطلاع کافی رزمندگان از خودامدادی و&nbsp;دگرامدادی در شرایط بحرانی بود. <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Performing medical procedures in the battle scene in many cases saves the life of the military personnel and prevents permanent damage to the injured person. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the state of medical procedures during the Holy Defense period by using interviews with former commanders. For this purpose, a number of 11 former commanders of the three forces of Aja and the Joint Staff were interviewed during the holy defense period with the rank of second brigadier general and the history of participating in at least three major operations during the war. The topics of the interview in five areas included performing emergency surgery, evacuating the injured, self-help and rehabilitation, dealing with chemical attacks, and the state of medicine and emergency equipment. The result of the interview showed that the main priority of the commanders was based on performing the initial measures and then sending the patients.
