fa بررسی عوامل بروز بیماری مالتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) از منظر اپی ژنتیک و روانشناسی Assessing etiopathological factors underlying Multiple Sclerosis disease from epigenetics and psychological perspectives تخصصي Special مروری Review مقدمه: بیماری ام اس شایع ترین بیماری خود ایمنی سیستم اعصاب مرکزی است. همچنین یک بیماری مزمن و التهابی است که مغز و نخاع را درگیر می کند.همچنین یک بیماری مزمن و التهابی است که مغز و نخاع را درگیر می کند. علائم عصبی و روانپزشکی در بیش از 60 درصد بیماران مبتلا به ام اس گزارش شده است و با وابستگی به دارو و نوع کیفیت زندگی مرتبط است. به طور خاص، افسردگی شایع است. شیوع مادام العمر افسردگی در افراد مبتلا به ام اس به 50 درصد تخمین زده می شود.روش کار: در این مطالعه به مرور و بررسی پژوهش های انجام شده در زمینه  عوامل ژنتیکی ، عوامل روانشناختی  و دیگر عوامل محیطی  از طریق جستجو در دیتا بیس های مثل  PubMed،MEDLINE ، NCBI و دیگر دیتابیس ها پرداخته شده است.یافته ها: این بیماری یک بیماری خودایمنی است که از جمله علائم آن می توان به نقص بینایی، خستگی بیش از حد، اسپاسم و از کار افتادگی سیستم ماهیچه ای در سطوح متفاوت اشاره کرد. نتیجه گیری: مالتیپل اسکلروزیس یـک بیمـاری التهـابی در سیستم عصبی مرکزی است؛ که با التهاب و از بـین رفـتن غلاف چربی پوشاننده اعصاب بدن که میلین نامیـده می‌شود، همـراه اسـت در این بیماری، سیستم ایمنی به غلاف میلین سیستم عصبی مرکزی حمله می‌کند و با عود بیماری رشته‌های نورونی تخریب می‌شوند و در پی آن سیستم اختلال سیگنال در سیستم عصبی ایجاد می‌گردد؛ و از دیگر ویژگی‌های مهم این بیماری تخریب آکسون هاست که عامل اصلی ناتوانی دائمی در این بیماری است.   Introduction: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in referred to as the most prevalent autoimmune disease throughout the world. Besides it is also known as a chronic inflammatory disease which affect brain as well as spinal cord. Neurological and psychological symptoms (neuropsychotic) have been reported in more than 60% of MS patients that relates to medication as well as life quality. The depression particularly arises amongst afflicted individuals. The life-long epidemy of depression is estimated to affect around 50% of MS patients. Methods: In the current review study, published research articles about the genetic, psychological and other environmental factors underlying MS manifestation were searched and investigated through reputed medical databases like NCBI, PubMed, MEDLINE etc. Results: MS is an autoimmune disease whose sign and symptom include vision deficiency, fatigue, muscular system disfunction and spasm in different levels. The severity of these symptoms are not equal in all patients and thus complicating the MS diagnosis. Conclusion: MS is an inflammatory disease of the nervous system which is accompanied by the inflammation and destruction of myelin sheath. The immune system invades the central nervous system in this disease that is followed by destruction of  neurons which leads to signaling disorder.
