fa بررسی رابطه بین تصمیم گیری شغلی با نگرش به ازدواج در بین دانشجویان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه: </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ازدواج یکی از انتخاب های مهم هر فرد است. عوامل مختلفی بر نگرش به ازدواج تاثیر دارند. یکی از عوامل موثر بر نگرش ازدواج می تواند تصمیم گیری شغلی باشد.</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> هدف پژوهش </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بررسی رابطه بین تصمیم گیری شغلی با نگرش به ازدواج در بین دانشجویان </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش کار: </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش پژوهش حاضر برحسب هدف، کاربردی و برحسب روش، همبستگی است. جامعه آماری <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">این پژوهش شامل کلیه </span>دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 بود.</span> حجم نمونه بااستفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 297 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه های تصمیم گیری شغلی بتز و همکاران (1996) و نگرش به ازدواج </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بارتین و روزن </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">(1998) استفاده شده است. <span style="background:yellow">تجزیه وتحلیل آماری داده ها با کمک نرم افزار</span></span></span></span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background:yellow"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SPSS</span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background:yellow"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;انجام گرفت. پس از بررسی نرمال بودن داده ها توسط آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، از آزمون های پارامتریک استفاده شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته ها</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: نتایج نشان داد بین تصمیم گیری شغلی با نگرش به ازدواج در بین دانشجویان ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و بین مسیر شغلی با نگرش به ازدواج در بین دانشجویان ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین تصمیم گیری شغلی در بین&nbsp; One of the factors </span>that influences attitudes towards<span style="background:white"> marriage </span>may<span style="background:white"> be career </span>decision. </span></span></span></span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between career decision making and attitude towards marriage among students. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Method: The present research is a descriptive study. The statistical population of this research included all students of Islamic Azad University of Tehran province in the academic year of 2018-2019. The sample size was 297 people selected by random cluster sampling method using </span><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#202124">the Krejcie and Morgan table</span></span></span></span></span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">. To collect data, Betz et al.&#39;s career decision questionnaires (1996) and Braaten and Rosen&#39;s Marital Attitude Scale (MAS) (1998) were used. Data was analyzed by using SPSS Statistics.</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">After checking the normality of the data by Kolmogorov Smirnov test, parametric tests were used.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between career decision-making and attitude towards marriage among students. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between career path and attitude towards marriage among students. In addition, the findings indicated that there is a difference between career decision-making among male students and female students. This study also showed that there is no difference between the career paths of male and female students.
