fa بررسی فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان درمانی در طی شیوع بیماری کووید-19 : مرور سیستماتیک تخصصي Special مروری Review <strong>زمینه و اهداف:</strong> کارکنان درمانی در تماس نزدیک با بیماران کوید 19 می باشند و فرسودگی شغلی می تواند سلامت روانی و جسمی کارکنان درمانی را با خطر جدی مواجه کند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان درمانی در طی شیوع بیماری کووید-19 به روش مرور سیستماتیک بود.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>روش‌ها:</strong> مطالعه حاضر <a name="_Hlk55135080">بر اساس پروتکل</a> <span dir="LTR">PRISMA</span> به جستجوی کلیدواژه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های &quot;فرسودگی شغلی، کارکنان درمانی و کووید- 19 &quot;در بانک<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">PubMed, </span><span dir="LTR">web of Science</span>،<span dir="LTR">Scopus </span>&nbsp;و<span dir="LTR">ScienceDirect</span> &nbsp;و موتور جستجوگر &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span>در بازه زمانی یک ژانویه سال 2020 تا 30 دسامبر سال2020 پرداخته است.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> 10 مقاله وارد مرحله تحلیل شدند. بر اساس مطالعات تحلیل شده نتایج شش مطالعه به سطح فرسودگی شغلی بالا، دو مطالعه به سطح فرسودگی شغلی سطح متوسط تا شدید و دو مطالعه به سطح متوسط از فرسودگی شغلی اشاره دارند.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج مطالعه فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان درمانی &nbsp;در کووید- 19 را تایید می نماید که با توجه به عدم کنترل بیماری، کارکنان درمانی در آینده در معرض خطر بیشتری قرار می گیرند. با توجه به شـیوع فرسـودگی شـغلی در میان کارکنان درمانی و عواقــب آن ضــروری اســت کــه برنامــه‌ریــزان و سیاستگذاران سلامت با اتخـاذ روش هـا و تکنیـک‌هـای مناسب نظیر افزایش تجهیزات حفاظت فردی، تـامین نیـروی انسانی جایگزین و چرخش دوره‌ای کارکنان درمانی خط مقدم، ایجاد خودکارآمدی و انعطاف‌پذیری، ارائه حمایت اجتماعی کافی و اطمینان از تمایل کاری کارکنان درمانی خط مقدم به پیشگیری از این پدیده اقدام نمایند. <strong>Aims:</strong> Medical staff are in close contact with patients with COVID-19 and they experience burnout, fear, anxiety and depression. Burnout can seriously endanger the mental and physical health of health care workers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the burnout of medical staff during the outbreak of Covid-19 disease by systematic review.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>The present study, based on the PRISMA protocol, searched for the keywords &quot;burnout, medical staff and Covid-19&quot; in the PubMed and ScienceDirect databases and the Google Scholar search engine from January 1 to December 30, 2020.<strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> <strong>Findings: </strong>10 articles entered the analysis stage. Based on the analyzed studies, the results of six studies refer to the high level of burnout, two studies refer to the level of moderate to severe burnout and two studies refer to the moderate level of burnout.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> The results of the study confirm the burnout of medical staff in Covid-19 that due to lack of disease control, medical staff are at greater risk in the future. Given the prevalence of burnout among health care workers and its consequences, it is imperative that health planners and policymakers adopt appropriate methods and techniques such as increasing personal protective equipment, creating a self-employed alternative workforce, providing recruiting and replacing manpower.
