fa بررسی شاخص‌های مالی ارزیابی نظام سلامت در ایران و جهان: یک مطالعه مروری تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> ارزشیابی عملکرد نظام سلامت، اطلاعات خوبی در مورد وضعیت نظام سلامت برای دولت‌ها و ملت‌ها ایجاد می‌نماید. شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد مالی می‌تواند وضعیت مالی نظام سلامت را تعیین نموده و نقاط قوت و ضعف سیستم سلامت را برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های راهبردی شناسایی کند. هدف این مطالعه مروری، بررسی شاخص‌های مالی ارزیابی نظام سلامت در ایران و جهان می‌باشد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> یک بررسی متون به منظور تعیین شاخص‌هایی که در دنیا به عنوان شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد مالی نظام سلامت شناخته شده‌اند، صورت پذیرفت. مطالعات چاپ شده تا تاریخ جولای 2020 که شاخص‌های اقتصادی برای ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی و بیمارستان‌ها را معرفی می‌کردند، وارد مطالعه شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از مرور متون، تعداد 1548 مقاله بازیابی شد که 39 مقاله شامل 5 مقاله فارسی، حائز معیارهای ورود به مطالعه تشخیص داده شدند. نتایج بررسی مقالات نشان داد، شاخص‌های عملکرد مالی عموماً در 6 حیطه به شرح زیر طبقه‌بندی شده‌اند: حیطه سودآوری، حیطه نقدینگی، حیطه درآمد، حیطه هزینه، حیطه سرمایه و حیطه کارایی.<br> &nbsp;<strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: به کارگیری و تجزیه و تحلیل شاخص‌های مالی، یک جزء ضروری از مدیریت مالی اثرگذار است. همان طور که در بسیاری از سازمان‌ها به منظور اندازه‌گیری، مقایسه، پیش‌بینی و ارتقای تصمیماتی که بر ثروت سازمان مؤثر است، به کار گرفته می‌شود و نتیجه مهم کاربرد آن در نظام سلامت،&nbsp;پایش عملکرد مالی و پیش‌بینی مشکلات است.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Evaluating the performance of the health system provides good information about the state of the health system for governments and nations Financial performance evaluation indicators can determine the financial status of the health system and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the health system for strategic decisions and ultimately be the basis for health planning in the country.The purpose of this review study is to examine the financial indicators of health system evaluation in Iran and the world<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> A review of the literature was conducted to determine the indicators that are known in the world as indicators for evaluating the financial performance of the health system<span dir="RTL">. </span>In this review, studies published up to July 2020 that introduced economic indicators to evaluate the performance of health centers and hospitals were included in the study.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> From the review of texts, 1548 articles were retrieved, of which 38 articles, including 4 Persian articles, were recognized as inclusion criteria<span dir="RTL">. </span>The results of the articles showed that financial performance indicators are generally classified into 6 areas as follows: profitability area, liquidity area, income area, cost area, capital area and efficiency area<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Applying and analyzing financial indicators is an essential component of effective financial management.
