fa شیوع ویروس کوویدـ ۱۹: مسئولیت اجتماعی باشگاه‌های ورزشی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> باشگاه‌های ورزشی در درجه اول وظیفه تقویت مشارکت ورزشی، ایجاد یک محیط امن و در دسترس تمام افراد جامعه را دارند و باید این اطمینان را در عموم مردم حاصل کنند که این باشگاه از نظر اقتصادی و قانونی مسئولیت‌پذیر و سالم است. همچنین برای این که باشگاه‌های ورزشی به عنوان سازمان‌هایی با مسئولیت اجتماعی شناخته شوند، باید تمرکز آن‌ها بر انجام تعهداتی باشد که به طور معناداری بر جامعه آن‌ها تأثیرگذار است. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مسئولیت اجتماعی باشگاه‌های ورزشی در دوران شیوع ویروس کرونا انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ روش توصیفی_تحلیلی و برحسب ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی- کمی است؛ که در سه مرحله انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل اعضای هیئت‌علمی رشته مدیریت ورزشی، مدیران ورزشی، مربیان ورزشی و ورزشکاران بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش هدفمند و در دسترس بود.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که باشگاه‌های ورزشی باید در موقعیت‌های بحرانی به ویژه بحران شیوع ویروس کرونا&nbsp; 34 مسئولیت اجتماعی را انجام دهند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> از آنجا که باشگاه‌های برای جذب مشتری و موفق شدن در بازار محلی و ملی با هم در حال رقابت هستند بنابراین باشگاه‌های ورزشی برای داشتن مزیت رقابتی و موفق شدن باید این مسئولیت‌ها را در اولویت قرار داده و آن‌ها را انجام دهند.</div> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Sports clubs primarily have the task of strengthening sports participation, creating a safe and accessible environment for all members of society, and must ensure that the public is economically and legally responsible and healthy. Also, for sports clubs to be recognized as socially responsible organizations, their focus must be on fulfilling commitments that have a significant impact on their community. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the social responsibility of sports clubs during the outbreak of Covid-19 virus.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical method, and qualitative-quantitative in terms of the nature of the data. The statistical population of this study included faculty members of sports management, sports managers, sports coaches, and athletes.
