fa بررسی داوطلبان در زلزله کرمانشاه( ازگله – سرپل ذهاب); چالش ها و فرصت ها تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <strong>مقدمه:</strong> هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی چالش های داوطلبان به عنوان بخشی از تیم پاسخ به بحران برای کمک و امداد در زلزله است؛ و همچنین روشن کردن مهارت ها و توانایی های مورد نیاز داوطلبان است. از این رو مردم و سازمان های امداد رسان را در مورد آمادگی های لازم در جهت مشارکت داوطلبانه در شرایط بحران آگاهی می دهد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> روش جمع آوری داده های کیفی در این تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری شد. برای انتخاب مصاحبه شوندگان از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده شد. مصاحبه های فردی انجام شد. داده ها به صورت اسنادی و ضبط صوت رونویسی شدند. برای ارزیابی و تفسیر داده ها، آنالیز محتوای موضوعی با رویکرد قیاسی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: این گزارش نحوه مدیریت داوطلبان و چالش های آن در زلزله کرمانشاه را توضیح می دهد. دراین گزارش خلاصه نتایج بازدید میدانی و بررسی از زمان شروع حادثه تا 6 روز بعد از وقوع حادثه انجام گرفته است. با توجه به برنامه ریزی، دکترین و اجرای آن، به منظور شناسایی چالش های مواجهه و ارائه توصیه هایی برای بهبود و سازماندهی مناسب و مبتنی بر اصول جهت استفاده در پاسخ به حوادث و بلایای آینده می باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد اهمیت آمادگی در مراحل قبل از بحران برای دستیابی به اهداف که همان، سازماندهی داوطلبان خودجوش جهت کمک مؤثرتر به قربانیان بیشتر می باشد را باید مورد توجه خاص قرار داد. <strong>Introduction</strong> The main purpose of this study is to examine the challenges of volunteers as part of the crisis response team for earthquake relief and relief; It also clarifies the skills and abilities required of volunteers. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews. Purposeful sampling method was used to select the interviewees. Individual interviews were conducted. Data were transcribed and recorded. To evaluate and interpret the data, thematic content analysis with a deductive approach was used.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><br> &nbsp;<strong>Findings</strong>: This report explains how to manage volunteers and its challenges in the Kermanshah earthquake. This report summarizes the results of the field visit and review from the time of the accident until 6 days after the accident.
