fa تدوین استانداردهای اعتباربخشی درمانگاه های پادگانی آجا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: سیاستگذاران مراقبت های بهداشتی و درمانی برای دستیابی به سطح قابل قبولی از این&nbsp;کیفیت به دنبال تلاشهایی برای تضمین موفقیت در این زمینه بوده و ابزارهای فراوانی را عرضه&nbsp;و مورد آزمایش قرار دادهاند. یکی از مهم ترین این ابزارها اعتباربخشی می باشد. هدف از این&nbsp;مطالعه تدوین استانداردهای اعتباربخشی یگان های بهداشتی درمانی و درمانگاه های پادگانی&nbsp;ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران میباشد.<br> روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کاربردی از نوع مطالعات کیفی بوده است که در نیمه دوم&nbsp;سال 1397 الی 1398 انجام گردید. جامعه آماری صاحبنظران در حوزه درمانگاههای پادگانی&nbsp;محسوب می شوند. پس از جمع آوری، بررسی و طبقه بندی اطلاعات گردآوری شده، پیشنویس&nbsp;استانداردها تدوین شد و در دو دور دلفی، سنجه ها استانداردهای تدوین شده توسط خبرگان&nbsp;امتیازدهی شد. استانداردها و سنجه هایی که امتیاز لازم را کسب نکردند به مرحله دوم دلفی وارد&nbsp;گشتند و بعد از اعمال نظرات خبرگان، مدل نهایی تدوین شد.<br> یافته ها: بررسی نتایج حاصل از دلفی نشان می دهد که مدل نهایی با 44 استاندارد و 134 سنجه در محورهای تعیین شده به دست آمد که، محورمدیریت و فرماندهی با تعداد 10&nbsp;استاندارد و 30 سنجه، گستردهترین سنجه های ارزیابی را به خود اختصاص داده است و همچنین&nbsp;محورحقوق بیمار و کارکنان با 5 استاندارد و 12 سنجه محدودترین محور ارزیابی در مدل نهایی&nbsp;شد.<br> نتیجه گیری: با وجود یک برنامه اعتباربخشی میتوان نیازهای بهداشتی و درمانی پادگانهای&nbsp;آجا را شناسایی کرد و با گذشت زمان زمینه های پیشرفت را ایجاد نمود. Introduction:Health care policymakers strive to achieve an acceptable level of quality and have provided and tested numerous tools. One of the most important and growing of these tools is accreditation. The purpose of this study was to develop accreditation standards for health units and clinics of the Aja garrison.<br> &nbsp;Method:<em>&nbsp;</em>This study was an applied study of qualitative studies in the second half of 2018-2019. The statistical population is specialists in garrison and military medicine clinics. The data on accreditation models from different countries were analyzed and then the standards for outpatient services were extracted. After collecting, reviewing, and classifying the information collected, the standards were developed and scored in two rounds by Delphi experts. Standards and metrics that did not achieve the required grade were entered into Delphi&#39;s second phase, and final standards were formulated after the expert&#39;s comments.<br> &nbsp;Result:The examination of the results of Delphi shows that the final model was obtained with 44 standards and 134 measures in the specified axes.
