fa نقش تله‌نرسینگ دربهبود مدیریت بیماری‌های مزمن در‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌سالمندان‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ تخصصي Special مروری Review <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-weight:bold;language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مقدمه: </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">با توجه به روند رو به رشد سالمندی و ابتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن در کشور در جهت کاهش عوارض ناشی از سالمندی و بیماری، تله‌نرسینگ استفاده از تکنولوژی ارتباط از راه دور به منظور ارائه مراقبت و مشاوره به بیماران است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش تله‌نرسینگ در مدیریت بیماری‌های مزمن در سالمندان انجام شد.</span></span><br> <span style="font-weight:bold;language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">روش کار: </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مطالعه حاضر به صورت مروری - سیستماتیک و با جستجوی مقالات با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های</span></span><span dir="ltr" style="language:en-US;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">Telenursing, elderly ,Chronic Diseases </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">&nbsp;و ترکیب آن‌ها، در پایگاه‌های فارسی</span></span><span dir="ltr" style="language:en-US;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">SID, Magiran </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">&nbsp;و پایگاه‌های</span></span> <span dir="ltr" style="language:en-US;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">ScienceDirect</span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">،</span></span><span dir="ltr" style="language:en-US;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">PubMed </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">و</span></span><span dir="ltr" style="language:en-US;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">Scopus </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">&nbsp;انجام گرفت و پس از بررسی عنوان و چکیده مقالات و حذف موارد تکراری، کیفیت مقالات یافت شده با استفاده از ابزار </span></span><span dir="ltr" style="language:en-US;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">JBI</span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> توسط پژوهشگران، بررسی و نهایتاً 43 مقاله در این مطالعه وارد شدند.</span></span><br> <span style="font-weight:bold;language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">یافته‌ها: </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">در مقالات مورد بررسی نقش اثر بخش تله‌نرسینگ، در بهبود مدیریت بیماری، بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو، پر فشاری خون، کبد چرب غیرالکلی، نارسایی قلبی دیده شد و مطالعه‌ای که نتایج را نقض کند در مقالات مورد بررسی یافت نشد.</span></span><br> <span style="font-weight:bold;language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span><span style="language:fa;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">تله‌نرسینگ نقش موثری را در مدیریت بیماری‌های مزمن ایفا می‌کند، از این رو استفاده از این فناوری در کشور و فراهم آوردن بستری برای استفاده صحیح سالمندان مهم است چراکه می‌تواند پیامد‌های مطلوبی از جمله کاهش هزینه‌های وارده بر سیستم بهداشت و درمان و بستری‌های طولانی‌مدت در بیمارستان را داشته باشد که در این خصوص نیاز به تقویت زیرساخت‌ها و اختصاص بودجه کافی دارد.</span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Due to the growing trend of aging and chronic diseases in the country in order to reduce the effects of aging and disease, telephoning is the use of telecommunication technology to provide care and counseling to patients. Therefore, this study examines the role of trapping ness in the management of chronic diseases in the elderly.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was conducted in a systematic review by searching for articles using the keywords Tele Nursing elderly, Chronic Diseases, and combining them in SID, Magiran and English, ScienceDirectPubmed and Scopus Persian databases. The title and abstract of the articles and the removal of duplicate items, the quality of the articles found using the JBI tool by the researchers, were reviewed and finally 43 articles were included in this study.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The effective role of tele-nursing in improving disease management in patients with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, non-alcoholic fatty liver, heart failure was seen in the reviewed articles and a study that violated the results was not found in the reviewed articles. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Tele Nursing plays an effective role in the management of chronic diseases, so the use of this technology in the country and providing a platform for the proper use of the elderly is important because it can have consequences.
