fa تاثیر آموزش بر آگاهی و نگرش مدیران ازوظایف مدیریت در یک مرکز نظامی در ایران The effect of education on Knowledge and attitudes of health managers in one of the Military Center's تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تأثیر آموزش بر آگاهی و نگرش مدیران بهداری از وظایف مدیریت (برنامهریزی، سازماندهی، هماهنگی و کنترل) در یک مرکز نظامی در ایران بود. روش ها: نوع مطالعه، نیمه تجربی از نوع قبل و بعد بود که روی 60 نفر از مدیران بهداری شاغل در یک مرکز نظامی در ایران انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محققساخته بود که روایی آن با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که میانگین آگاهی و نگرش مدیران از وظایف مدیریت یعنی برنامهریزی، سازماندهی، هماهنگی و کنترل در بعد از آموزش افزایش پیدا کرده است و بیشترین میزان افزایش در بعد آگاهی مربوط به سازماندهی (از 38/2 به 11/6) و در بعد نگرش مربوط به هماهنگی (از 9/18 به 9/21) بود (p&le0.000). نتیجهگیری: آموزش مدیران بهداری میتواند در ارتقاء آگاهی و نگرش آنها نسبت به وظایف مدیریت مؤثر باشد. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود در مراکز نظامی، آموزش مدیران به صورت دورهای در زمینه وظایف مدیریت انجام شود. Background: Purpose of this study was determined knowledge and attitudes of health managers in one of the Military Center&#39s tasks management (planning, organizing, coordination and control). Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental, before and after the 60 health managers working in a military facility in Iran. Valid and reliable questionnaire was completed before and after training. Data collected using SPSS software and were analyzed using paired t-test. Results: Results showed that the mean knowledge and attitude of the managers of the management functions of planning, organizing, coordination and control of education has increased. The maximum increased in knowledge related to the organization (from 2/38 to 6/11) and in attitude related to the organization (from 18/9 to 21/9) (p&le0.000). Conclusion: Training managers can promote health awareness and attitudes toward management tasks effectively.
