fa بررسی تاثیر آموزش اداره‌ی مصدومین پرتویی به روش مبتنی بر وب بر سطوح یادگیری شناختی دانشجویان پرستاری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: با ظهور و گسترش اینترنت، این رسانه به عنوان یک مکمل جهت تامین نیازهای اطلاعاتی و آموزش مورد استفاده قرارگرفته است. لذا این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تاثیر آموزش اداره‌ی مصدومین پرتویی به روش مبتنی بر وب بر سطوح یادگیری شناختی دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک کارآزمایی آموزشی تک گروهی است که در سال ۱۳۹2 بر روی 30 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری آجا در شهر تهران انجام شد. انتخاب واحد‌های تحت پژوهش به صورت تصادفی ساده انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ها تحت آموزش نحوه‌ی اداره‌ی مصدومین پرتویی به روش آموزش مبتنی بر وب قرار گرفتند. میزان تاثیر آموزش در سه سطح دانش، فهم و کاربرد در حیطه شناختی قبل، بلافاصله و یک ماه بعد از آموزش بررسی شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری‌های تکراری، تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار مجموع نمرات سطوح یادگیری (دانش، فهم و کاربرد) قبل و بلافاصله بعد از آموزش و ۴ هفته بعد به ترتیب 561/2± 83/7، 308/3± 57/18و 568/2± 40/10 بود. (1../.>P). بین سه مرحله‌ی آزمون تفاوت آماری معنادار وجود داشت. میانگین نمرات در مرحله‌ی پس‌آزمون سیر صعودی زیادی داشت اما در مرحله‌ی یادداری میانگین مجموع نمرات کاهش چشمگیری داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: در صورت مطلوب بودن شرایط از نظر زمان و مکان و وجود وسایل کمک آموزشی و نیز جهت صرفه‌جویی در وقت می‌توان برای برخی از دروس از این روش آموزشی نوین بهره برد. Introduction: with the advent and spread of internet, this media has been used as a supplement for to provide training and information needs.Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the Effect of radiation injured management education by web-based method on cognition learning levels of nursing students. Methods: This single group training trial was carried out in 2013 on 30 nursing students of AJA nursing school in Tehran, who were selected by simple randomization sampling method. Samples were trained by web-based for radiation injured management. The effect of training was measure in three levels of knowledge, apprehension and application before, immediately after training and 4 weeks later. Data were analyzed by SPSS-21 software using repeated measures ANOVA test. Results: The mean and standard deviation of scores in all learning levels (knowledge, apprehension and application) before, immediately after and 4 weeks after training were respectively 7.83± 2.561, 18.57±3.308 and 10.40±2.568 (p<0.001) and significant difference was observed between the three phase in the test. The mean of scores in the post test had a greater increase but in the retention phase (4 weeks after training) had a large reduce. Conclusion: in case of optimal conditions of the time and place and existence of educational aids and in order to time saving (Possibility of 24-hour access every day of the week, flexibility this method, be independent of time and place) in some of lessons can be used this modern training method.
