fa برنامه عملیاتی مقابله با مخاطرات در بیمارستان ها: چالش ها و راهکارها تخصصي Special مروری Review <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b> &nbsp;<span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بیمارستان ها به عنوان سنگ بنای هر سیستم بهداشتی نقش مهم و حیاتی و بسیار قابل توجهی در پاسخ به بلایای طبیعی دارند از این رو باید آمادگی لازم&nbsp; برای پاسخ به حوادث و بلایا و بازیابی از آن ها را داشته باشند.</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> هدف از مطالعه حاضر </span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بررسی ضرورت برنامه عملیاتی مقابله با مخاطرات در بیمارستان ها می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مواد</span></b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و روش‌ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مروری نظام مند می باشد که در سال 1403 انجام شده است. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پایگاه های داده های بین المللی شامل </span><span cambria="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">PubMed</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span><span cambria="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">Scopus</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span><span cambria="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">Web of science</span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و</span> <span cambria="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">Google</span> <span cambria="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">scholar</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و پایگاه داده های ملی ایران شامل بانک اطلاعات علمی </span><span cambria="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">Sid</span> <span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;&nbsp;و </span><span cambria="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">Magiran</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> بود. در مجموع 75 مقاله بازیابی شد.</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> بازه‌ی زمانی جستجو از سال 2012 تا 2024 بود. با اعمال معیارهای وجود و خروج نهایتاً 14 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته ها:</span></b> &nbsp;<span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته ها نشان داد که اکثر بیمارستان ها در اجرای برنامه عملیاتی و پاسخ دهی مناسب به بحران دچار چالش هستند و باید در این زمینه بررسی و تلاش بیشتری انجام شود. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بنابراین لازم است آمادگی بیمارستانی و درک خطر بلایا در مسئولان، بهبود و ارتقاء پیدا کند.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> توصیه می شود برنامه های موجود عملیاتی بازبینی و کمبودها استخراج شده و برای هر بیمارستان با توجه به مخاطرات محتمل، برنامه های استاندارد عملیاتی به صورت خاص طراحی و به صورت دستورالعمل جامع در اختیار بیمارستان ها قرار بگیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:45.8pt 91.6pt 137.4pt 183.2pt 229.0pt 274.8pt 320.6pt 366.4pt 412.2pt 458.0pt 503.8pt 549.6pt 595.4pt 641.2pt 687.0pt 732.8pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Introduction</b> and <b>Objective:</b> As the cornerstone of any health system, hospitals play an important and vital role in responding to natural disasters, so they must be prepared to respond to accidents and disasters and recover from them. International databases included PubMed, Scopus, Web of science and Google scholar, and Iran&#39;s national databases included the Scientific Database Sid and Magiran. In total, 75 articles were retrieved.
