Method: The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, Ryff Psychological well-being, Neff self-compassion and Marques et. al. self-regulation was used to collect the data. The data were evaluated using by structural model method using Amos software. Results: The results showed that the model is well-fit after a series of reforms. Mindfulness also affects the self-compassion and psychological well-being directly and indirectly through self-regulation. In addition, self-compassion also affects the psychological well-being. Conclusion: This study is a step toward understanding the affecting Factors in psychological well-being and self-compassion.
