Methods: This study was descriptive-analytic and performed cross-sectional in a regional military hospital. The researcher made questionnaire in Likert scale (3option) was used to gathering information. Study population was52of nursing staffs and Sampling method was enumeration. Results: The results showed that 34.6 percent of nurses in the field of operational program, 40.4 percent of nurses about the objective goals, 44.2 percent of nurses in designing and developing policies and procedures, 40.4 percent of nurses in risk management and 50 percent of them in data collection and analysis have poor information. 40.4 percent of nurses have little interest for participating in courses and 53.8 percent of them have low motivation for utilization the learning. Conclusion: In addition to technical training, instruction about accreditation standards is necessary for the nursing staffs. Understanding the motivational factors influencing on active participation of nurses in training courses and also recognition the factors affecting to utilization the learning is necessary to enhancing the effectiveness of educations related to the accreditation standards. Specialization of the training, functional education, clinical supervision and the exchange gifts pattern are effective strategies to increase motivation of nurses in this field. M3 ER -
