Method: This method was conducted experimentally using pre-test and post-test on the 54 employees of one of the military units stationed in the Persian Gulf. The questionnaire form was standardized based on the Meyer and Allen's questionnaire. No control were used in this study. Results: The results showed that all three intervention methods of increasing job commitment were effective. The average of job commitment, the maximum increase was observed in groups of Patience Practice, Stress Disclosure and Phone call Methods, respectively. Conclusion: job dissatisfactions and turnover of personnel in the military organizations has a negative effect on combat and morale ability of other employees. The increase of commitment is of the best methods which practically causes a close relation by heart between individual and organization. Job commitment in military organizations has a double necessity and importance. According to the results of this study, a suggestion is that to increase the job commitment, training of patience and creating of psychological Debriefing groups should be included under advisement of military psychologists.
