World Mental Health Day theme in 2020 was "Mental Health for All: Greater Investment – Greater Access". Due to World Mental Health Day and week, and considering that the results of research since the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic have shown that the stress in the medical staff is very high due to many reasons, this article explains the importance of providing psychological resilience interventions to medical staff that fight against COVID-19. Ongoing challenges faced by medical staff are similar to the situation of soldiers in "war conditions". As a result, providing psychological resilience interventions to the Health Care workers (HCW) - especially those on the front lines of the crisis - is one of the most important priorities during this global pandemic. Therefore, it is necessary to provide this type of intervention which is mentioned in this opening speech, to the Health Care workers (HCW) of hospitals and military treatment centers affected by Covid 19, and also this issue should be considered by planners and mental health professionals, especially mental health managers of the Army Health Administration.
