Introduction: The present study aimed to compare the effectiveness of patience practice, stress
disclosure and phone call methods on Job commitment.

employees of one of the military units stationed in the Persian Gulf. The questionnaire
form was standardized based on the Meyer and Allen's questionnaire. No control were
used in this study.

effective. The average of job commitment, the maximum increase was observed in groups of
Patience Practice, Stress Disclosure and Phone call Methods, respectively.
Conclusion: job dissatisfactions and turnover of personnel in the military organizations has a negative
effect on combat and morale ability of other employees. The increase of commitment is of the best

creating of psychological Debriefing groups should be included under advisement of military
