Objective:The primary objective of the conducted study was to examine the impact of an educational intervention on enhancing patient safety culture among nurses working in military hospital in Iran. Method:The methodology employed in this study consists of several stages. The first stage involves the selection and accidental assignment of resources to witness the division and intervention of a group. This is done through the distribution of transaction cards, posters, and banners within a 4-hour timeframe. The messages conveyed in these materials are carefully crafted to ensure reliability and appropriateness. Furthermore, the study utilizes a total of 160 complete packages and employs SPSS26 for analysis, employing both descriptive and nonparametric statistical techniques. Results:The control group's responses remained unchanged before and after the intervention. However, in the case group, several components related to general understanding of patient safety, management expectations and measures for promoting patient safety, establishing open communication, and the frequency of reported events showed significant differences, except for the management support component. Conclusion:The implementation of an educational intervention and an innovative empowerment program with a multifaceted approach has proven to be effective in enhancing various dimensions and overall improvement of patient safety culture.
